How do I create a user account?
Creating a Bidbb account couldn’t be simpler; click here, fill in your details, we'll then send you a verification email.

Bidding
How do I place a bid?
Once you've created an account and set your FREE membership you can place a bid at any time during the live auction period.
You can access the bidding controls from any vehicle auction page. Follow the onscreen prompts and remember to always place your maximum bid.
Our system will automatically bid for you up to your maximum bid. You will be notified by email if you are outbid.
How do I enter a maximum bid?
You can enter the maximum amount you are willing to pay for the time you are bidding on, on the same page as regular bids.
Our system will then bid automatically for you up to the maximum amount you set.
If other bids exceed your maximum amount, you will be notified by email and you can increase your maximum bid at any time.
Each time you place a maximum bid, you will be reminded of the buyer's fee you will incur if your maximum bid is successful.
How do I remove a bid?
Once confirmed, bids cannot be removed online.
If you have placed a bid by mistake, please contact our team as soon as possible.
Removing a bid is done entirely at our discretion. Bids are considered legally binding contracts between the buyer and PaddlUp.

Why do I keep getting outbid?
The most common reason for being outbid automatically is because someone has set their maximum bid higher than yours.
Our system automatically bids for users up to their maximum.
If your maximum bid is higher than all of the other bidders, you will become the high bidder.
What if my bid is the same as the highest bid?
If your bid matches that of an existing bid of the same value, then the existing bid(s) will take priority as it/they were placed before you placed yours.
Should this value win the auction and the other bidder(s) fail to complete their purchase, you will then be offered the vehicle at the price you have offered as "next in line".
Buying at Auction
What fees are there for buyers?
Successful bidders are required to pay BIDbb a 6% buyer’s fee on top of the winning bid amount, with a minimum of B$1500 and a maximum of B$15000.
How long is an auction?
Typically, our auctions run for seven days.
What is a reserve price?
The reserve is the lowest amount BidBB will sell an item for, it is never revealed on any listing, though we may present estimated min/max for some listings.
Once the reserve has been met the car will sell. If the maximum bid does not meet the reserve when the auction has ended, you will be notified immediately on the website.
Do you state a guide price?
We are happy to advise potential buyers on the current market value of each item.
Can I arrange a viewing or request more information?
Viewings can be arranged by appointment only. If you would like to book a viewing, please don’t hesitate to contact us. You will need to have a registered account with a free membership before confirming your viewing appointment.
All the photographs and information listed on our website have been produced by our knowledgeable team. If you have a specific request that isn't available on our site please get in touch, our team is always happy to help. Should you be unable to attend a viewing in person, we will happily take you on a walk-around video call.
Who is the seller?
Any item auctioned by Bidbb is sold by its owner [the seller] whereby BidBB is acting as a selling agent unless otherwise stated.
What happens when I win an auction?
You will receive a confirmation by email and pay your buyer fee using the card you used when you signed up for membership.
A member of our team will contact you to confirm your details and collect you buyers commitment (B$1000)
You do not need to make the balance payment (Hammer price) for the item until we have completed this step, however, we will require payment in full before we complete the handover process.
What is the buyer's commitment?
A buyer’s commitment is a non-refundable deposit of B$1000 to show your commitment to buying the item.
When do I pay?
You are required to pay the buyer’s commitment within eight working hours and the balance no later than 1 day before the agreed collection date.
What happens if I bid in the last minute of the auction?
Our auctions DO NOT auto extend if there's a bid in the last minute of the auction.
The auction will end at the time stated.
To ensure you don't miss out, always place a maximum bid. Our system will bid in increments up to your maximum.
When an auction finishes, why can't I see the bidding history?
We keep things private and confidential for our buyers by removing the bidding history after the auction has finished.
Can I buy a car that's listed for auction before the auction ends?
Unfortunately we do not allow for listed items to be bought outside of an auction. We offer the option to purchase the item before the auction begins and if there are no successful bids during the auction, we will then open the floor to "buy it now" opportunities.
Collection/Delivery
Once I've bought n item, how soon can I take delivery?
Typically buyers collect within 24 working hours of the hammer going down.
Unless otherwise agreed, we expect any item purchased through our auction to be paid for within 7 days of the hammer going down and collected within 3 days of final payment.
What documentation will I receive when I buy a vehicle?
You will receive all the necessary documentation such as registration papers, proof of ownership, service history and any supporting documents.
Can I collect the item I've bought?
Yes, you are welcome to collect your purchased item.
Can you deliver the item I've bought?
Absolutely, our team are on hand for both buyers and sellers to help organise delivery logistics if required.
This will be at an additional charge.
Is collection/delivery available at the weekends?
Our logistics partners can deliver at the weekend. We work to accommodate all our customer’s needs according to their schedule.
Security
Do you verify each individuals identity?
We use identity verification to ensure that we are dealing with real people and prove that they are who they claim to be. We verify all buyers as part of our registration process (this is why we require a credit card although registration is free of charge)
What steps are taken in regard to anti money laundering (AML)?
We make sure we are compliant with AML procedures and regulations.
